I found this list floating around on tumblr, shoutout to rmellgotthejuice on tumblr but yes, this looks like its the official list for XXL 2010 FRESHMAN CLASS ISSUE. I wasn't suprised with Big Sean, J. Cole, Nicki Minaj & Wiz Khalifa. Others i'm just raising an eyebrow at. I'm kind of sad to NOT see Pac Div on the list. They're not really new but they're finally getting their music out there ... so yeah.
